We NEVER store your financial information.
When you contact Panelworks Ltd and request a service (eg. to send you a quote for the repair of a Caravan ) you will provide us with some of your personal data.
In order for us to process your quote, we will need to store some of your personal data (not financial information) on our secure database, we will never give this data to any third party neither will we use this for marketing purposes. Panelworks Ltd will only contact you regarding the service you have requested.
What happens when I request a quote from Panelworks Ltd?
All the details you give us will be kept securely on our database which is password protected and only accessed by authorised Panelworks personnel.
What happens when I make a payment?
Non of your financial data will be stored or written down. We will keep a copy of your card payment receipt however this does not show your bank details on it.
Can I delete my details from your database?
Of course, all you have to do is email us from the email address registered with Panelworks Ltd to the email address below and ask us to delete your information, you will then receive an email of confirmation, and that will be the last you will hear from us.
